Surface cleaning: The surface of the template should be cleaned thoroughly, free of dust, oil stains, debris, etc., to ensure good contact with the concrete.
After the bridge formwork is transported to the construction site, the key points of acceptance mainly include the following aspects:
Data inspection
Quality certification documents: Check the quality certificate, certificate of conformity, inspection report, etc. of the template raw materials to ensure that the materials meet the design and specification requirements.
Processing drawings and instructions: Check the template processing drawings to confirm that the size, specifications, shape, etc. of the template are consistent with the design. At the same time, check the processing instructions to understand the production process and quality standards of the template.

Surface flatness: The template surface should be flat and smooth, without obvious unevenness, warping, deformation, etc. The flatness error generally does not exceed 2mm.
Edges and seams: The edges of the template should be neat, the seams should be tight and flat, the gap width should not exceed 1mm, and the staggered seams should not exceed 1mm to prevent leakage of grout.
Damage and defects: The surface of the template should be free of rust, pits, scratches, cracks, and other defects. If there are minor defects, they should be repaired, and severely damaged templates should be replaced in a timely manner.
Dimensions and specifications
Dimensional deviation: Use measuring tools to check whether the length, width, height, diagonal and other dimensions of the template meet the design requirements, and the deviation should be within the allowable range. The deviation of the length and width dimensions of the general template should not exceed ± 1mm, and the diagonal deviation should not exceed ± 1.5mm.
Hole position and spacing: Check whether the position and size of the reserved holes and embedded parts on the template are accurate, with a hole spacing deviation of no more than ± 0.5mm, and a connection hole spacing deviation of no more than ± 0.5mm from the panel.
Connections and Accessories
Integrity of connecting components: Check whether the connecting bolts, pins, buckles and other accessories of the template are complete, intact, without looseness or missing, to ensure that the connection is firm and reliable.
Grout leakage prevention measures: check whether the sealing materials at the formwork joints are intact, such as rubber strips, foam strips, etc., to ensure that the leakage can be effectively prevented.

Strength and stability: Check whether the support system of the formwork has sufficient strength and stability to reliably withstand the weight, lateral pressure, and construction loads during the concrete pouring process.
