When mold running or bursting is detected, the concrete pouring should be suspended immediately to avoid the problem from escalating.
Local reinforcement and repair
Support reinforcement: Use wooden blocks, steel pipes, or steel sections to temporarily support the deformed area, supplemented by steel wire ropes or hand pulled hoists for tension.
Leakage treatment: Clean up the leakage and seal the gaps (such as wooden strips and steel plates), re support the formwork, and continue pouring.
Post repair: After hardening, remove the unqualified concrete, chisel the surface and repair it with high-strength grouting material. In severe cases, structural verification is required before reinforcement.

Assess the safety of the damaged area by professional engineers and adjust the design plan if necessary.
