Customization of steel formwork specifications: What are the installation steps for steel formwork? 双语对照 笔记

Abstract:
The installation of steel formwork must strictly follow standardized procedures, and operate step by step based on structural characteristics and environmental conditions. The specific steps and technical points are as follows:
1、 Construction preparation
Venue handling
Remove debris such as gravel and loose soil, compact the foundation surface with a flatness error of ≤ 3mm/m ², and ensure a bearing capacity of ≥ 150kPa
Total station calibration axis, error control: plane position ± 2mm, elevation ± 1mm
Material acceptance
Check the verticality deviation of the steel formwork to be ≤ 1.5mm/m, and the joint defect to be ≤ 0.5mm
The strength grade of the supporting bolts should be ≥ 8.8, and the pre tightening torque of the nuts should be ≥ 200N · m
2、 Positioning and Support
Bottom positioning
The basic template adopts Φ 20 positioning support rods with a spacing of ≤ 600mm and a depth of ≥ 50mm embedded in concrete
Welding limit steel plate at the bottom of the column template, with a thickness of ≥ 6mm, and a plane size 10mm larger than the template section
Supporting system
Double row scaffolding with pole spacing ≤ 1.2m, horizontal bar spacing ≤ 1.5m, diagonal brace angle of 45-60 °
Scaffold board supported by beam formwork, with a continuous laying area of ≥ 70% of the projected area
3、 Formwork hoisting
Hanging point setting
Square template hanging points are set at the four corners, and circular templates are symmetrically set with 4-6 hanging points
The safety factor of the suspension rope is ≥ 6 times, and rubber corner protectors are added to the contact surface to prevent scratches
Accurate positioning
Hover and fine tune 300mm above the ground, with a falling speed of ≤ 0.5m/s and a positioning deviation of ≤ 3mm
3mm thick closed cell foam adhesive strip is added between adjacent formwork joints to prevent leakage
4、 Connect and fix
Bolt tightening
The spacing between U-shaped cards is ≤ 300mm, and L-shaped connection corner molds are used at the corners
The diameter of the docking bolt is ≥ M16, and the pre tightening force compliance rate detected by the torque wrench is 100%
Reinforcement measures
A column hoop is installed every 600mm on the column template, and a Φ 14 pair of tension screws @ 450mm are installed on the beam side template
Slant support is added for cantilever structure with support angle of 45 °± 5 °, and anchor ring is embedded at the root for fixation
5、 Calibration review
Geometric dimensions
Laser leveling instrument detects template verticality ≤ 2mm/m, flatness ≤ 3mm/2m
Reserved hole position deviation ≤ 5mm, diameter error ± 1.5mm
System stability
Apply a simulated load of 10kN/m ², with deformation monitoring ≤ L/400
Key inspection after rain and snow: support system settlement ≤ 3mm
6、 Acceptance criteria
Testing items allow for deviation detection tools
Axis position ± 3mm total station
Section size+2/-3mm ultrasonic thickness gauge
Adjacent board height difference ≤ 1mm 2m ruler
Seam gap ≤ 1.5mm plug gauge
Key points of safety control
Set up a protective railing with a diameter of 48 × 3.5mm and a height of ≥ 1.2m for edge operations
Set up a warning zone within the radius of the lifting operation, and stop the operation when the wind speed is greater than 10.8m/s (level 6)
Maintain a safe distance around the template of live equipment: 1kV or below ≥ 1.5m, 10kV ≥ 3m
By implementing the standardized process mentioned above, the qualified rate of steel formwork installation can be achieved at ≥ 98%, and the qualified rate of concrete forming dimensions can be achieved at ≥ 95%
